On 11th October 2011, IBM Senior Vice President Mr. Michael D. Rhodin and IBM Global Vice President Dr. Matt Wang, together with eCOM’s management team, visited eCOM and Waigaoqiao International Trade Operation Center Co., Ltd. (ITOC) in Shanghai to discuss cooperation issues. ITOC President Mr. Jiang Qimin and eCOM CEO Mr. Manuel Fong extended warm hospitality to the IBM executives.
